鵬飛集團研發的聯合半終粉磨系統實現高效節能降耗

5月28日，公司董事長、總經理王家安陪同江蘇省建材行業協會會長聶長蘭一行在沭陽沂淮集團生產現場參觀，對我公司生產的預粉磨與球磨機組成的粉磨系統生產情況進行實地考察。江蘇省首批認定的年產120萬噸水泥節能粉磨示范生產線——沭陽沂淮集團使用我公司生產的VPM2400預粉碎立磨、φ4.2×13m開流球磨機組成的聯合半終粉磨系統，該粉磨系統產量高、磨耗小，水泥品質高，水泥細度和比表控制方便，在行業內被廣泛認可和推薦使用。生產P.O42.5時：臺時產量260T/H，系統單位電耗24.5Kwh/噸水泥;生產P.C32.5時：臺時產量280T/H，系統單位電耗22.8Kwh/噸水泥，節電30%以上。

When to produce p.o42.5, the output is 260tph, power consumption of the system is 24.5KWH/ton cement, when to produce P.C32.5, the output is 280tph, power consumption of the system is 22.8KWH/ton cement, power consumption is reduced over 30%.
